This documentation (hereinafter — Documentation) is intended solely for the use with the computer program (product) Postgres Pro Enterprise Manager (hereinafter — Product) and for users of this Product.
It is not allowed to use the Documentation for third-party products or as part of documentation for other products.
Other terms of use of the Documentation are given in the User Agreement.
The exclusive intellectual property right to the Product and its Documentation belongs to Postgres Professional Limited Liability Company (hereinafter — Copyright Holder).
The Copyright Holder of the Product does not grant any expressed or implied warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Product and Documentation provided hereunder is on an “as-is” basis, and the Copyright Holder has no obligations to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancements or modifications.
In no event shall the Copyright Holder be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising out of the use of the Product and its Documentation by the users, even if the Copyright Holder has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
Distribution of this Documentation or its parts requires an explicit written permission from the Postgres Professional company.
