PPEM 2.4.1 introduces the following functional upgrades and improvements:
PPEM installation and setup processes.
Added an option to use a custom schema instead of the
publicschema for the repository database, which may be useful when using PPEM in secure environments.For more information, refer to Part III.
Backups.
Improved handling of backup schedules.
Authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Improved handling of access tokens required for PPEM operation.
External data sources.
Improved processing of the query resolution step when using external Prometheus data sources. This enhancement allows viewing extended time periods (more than two days) for monitored metrics.
Note
PPEM only partially supports the BiHA solution managed by bihactl version 2.0, and some features may not work correctly.
