Chapter 61. Upgrading to PPEM 2.5

To upgrade PPEM to version 2.5, you must first upgrade the manager, then agents.
Before upgrading, view backward compatibility features.
Note
When upgrading PPEM from version 2.4.1 to version 2.5, you may run out of disk space. To avoid any upgrade-related issues:
Back up your repository database before starting the upgrade.
Make sure you have enough disk space. The available space must be at least twice the size of the repository database.
If you do not plan to upgrade the manager and agents at the same time, stop all agents before upgrading the manager. Start the agents once the manager is upgraded.
