Part I. Overview

Postgres Pro AXE is an analytical edition of the Postgres Pro DBMS that allows processing large amounts of OLTP (online transaction processing), OLAP (online analytical processing), and HTAP (hybrid transactional and analytical processing) workloads. It is designed to develop and simplify DWH (data warehouse) and LakeHouse architectures, as well as to create hybrid solutions for OLTP and OLAP processing without using complex ETL operations.
