    Fix shared memory size for AioCtlShmemSize
    
    Before this patch, allocated shared memory size was
    offsetof(PgAioCtl, io_handles). `io_handles` was not accounted as part of the
    computation.
    
    Changed the AioCtlShmemSize to sizeof(PgAioCtl) to account for io_handles.
