Aggreed, we stuffed the ballot box better last year and why that happened only last year ?
because we were having good number of PostgreSQL belivers or users who wanted their product
to be first , but this year PostgreSQL was not able to get that equal number of commited people to vote.

So whats the out come definatly we are missing an important link and these important links have been discussed to a
largeextend in this good list. 

Also I will quote something from the article on eweek
