has anyone had any luck getting Cold Fusion on NT to talk to a postgres
database using the psqlodbc driver?
i've tried v0.238 and v0.239 (and another version from mid april...can't
remember the version number). am getting an error message saying:
ODBC Error Code = 28000 (Invalid authorization specification)
No Postgres username specified in startup packet.
there *is* a username and a password entered into the datasource
definition, and they are correct.
BTW, i don't think it's a cold-fusion problem. I get a similar response
with MS Access.
PS: this has occured with postgres 6.3.1 and 6.3.2 running on debian
linux. works perfectly with decent software like perl DBI & DBD::Pg. no
luck with MS stuff so far.
